The Polyclinic Northgate Clinic

The new Polyclinic Northgate Clinic combined three separate smaller clinics (Greenlake, Wallingford and The Polyclinic at Northwest Outpatient Medical Center) into one larger, multi-specialty clinic. The clinic offers primary care and the following specialty care: dermatology, ENT, urology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonary, and general surgery. In addition to the reception/waiting area, the 22,000 SF tenant improvement included doctor’s offices, nurse’s stations, exam rooms, a laboratory and staff lounge. Phase II of the project included spaces for a CT scan, x-ray and ultrasound and their associated equipment.
