Seattle Orthopedic Center

Kirtley-Cole recently teamed with Seattle Orthopedic Center, affiliated with Proliance Surgeons, to complete their new center in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. The project converted an existing 31,000 SF warehouse into a 15,980 SF orthopedic surgery center over a 15,000 SF parking garage.

Major portions of the Center include:

• 5,254 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center
• 2,208 SF Clinic Space
• 258 SF MRI Area
• 1,740 SF Physical Therapy Area

The Center also houses:

• Pre- and Post-Op Areas
• Exam Rooms
• X-Ray Area
• Reception and Waiting Areas
• Offices
• Staff Lounge
• Staff Locker Rooms
• Storage
