Romac Industries

Kirtley-Cole Associates recently teamed with ROMAC Industries for the design and construction of their new 25,483 SF warehouse addition to an existing foundry building. In addition to warehouse space, the metal building addition also includes 7,060 SF of office space. The project also includes miscellaneous improvements to the existing foundry building, as well as associated site work, utilities and parking lot improvements.
