Pier View Condominiums

Kirtley-Cole crews completed the Pier View Condominiums in Des Moines. The project involved constructing 3 levels of condominiums above a 1-level concrete daylight parking structure. The 25,000 SF, concrete and wood-framed building houses 16 condominium units as well as retail space on the ground level.
