Lake Serene Bartell Drugs & Retail Center

Kirtley-Cole Associates constructed a 16,350 SF new concept store for Bartell Drugs on the busy corner of 148th Street and Highway 99 in Lynnwood.  The store is tilt-up construction of brick-formed panels, rather than the typical CMU construction used on previous Bartell Drugs stores.  The project also includes a speculative 7,450 SF retail building for 6 future tenants constructed with the same brick-formed panels.
