Koz Development – Third Avenue West

Kirtley-Cole Associates is currently teaming with Koz Development to complete the new construction of a 77,592 SF market-rate apartment building in the Lower Queen Anne area of Seattle. The eight-story structure is comprised of five levels of wood framing over one transfer deck and two levels of concrete (one level of post-tension concrete deck and one level of slab on grade). The 169 apartment units are a combination of small efficiency dwelling units (SEDU), urban studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. Amenity spaces include a roof deck, laundry rooms, bike room, and common area lobby. Completion is expected in Summer 2025.
