Koz Development – Derby South Lake Union

Kirtley-Cole Associates teamed with Koz Development to construct a new 8-story, 24,686 SF concrete and wood-framed building to house 47 small efficiency dwelling units. The project was constructed in the heart of South Lake Union on a 3,600 SF site. In addition to the living units, the building also includes a 575 SF rooftop deck, 263 SF laundry/lounge area, and 346 SF social space.
