Koz Development – 1020 North Broadway

Kirtley-Cole Associates is completed a new 60,955 SF building for Koz Development on North Broadway in Everett. The project is just across the street from a previous project we teamed with Koz to construct: Mountain View Hall.

1020 North Broadway consists of 4 levels of wood-frame residential over 1 level of post-tensioned concrete parking. It includes 124 apartment units (104 studios and 20 urban one-bedrooms), as well as a laundry and garbage room on each floor, utility rooms, a bike room, and a common area lobby. The parking garage utilizes a car-lift system to maximize space and achieve the required 62 on-site parking spaces.
