Kirkland Children’s School

Kirtley-Cole Associates teamed with Kirkland Children’s School to construct a new single-story, wood-framed 3,474 SF building on the School’s existing site. The project was completed adjacent to the existing school, which remained occupied and fully functional during construction. Extra care was taken to ensure the safety of the children and their families and to minimize disruption to the School. The new school houses several classrooms, with restrooms in each, and storage/office areas. The team also installed landscaping, including a rain garden, to manage onsite storm water.
