Holy Names Academy Commons & Fitness Center Addition

Kirtley-Cole teamed with Holy Names Academy to improve and expand their historic campus. The project included the demolition of an existing elevated walkway followed by the new construction of a 8,932 SF expansion to connect two existing buildings. The new structure is 2 stories above-grade, 1 story below-grade. The lower floor houses a cafeteria seating area and workout room, the main floor is a common area with seating for lunch and various activities, and the upper floor houses a conference room, board room and an outdoor deck. The project also included a new elevator in the main historic school building.
