Kirtley-Cole Associates completed construction of this new 96,400 SF apartment building housing 75 apartment units over 2 levels of garage parking (1 level partially below grade). The structure is 4 levels of residential wood-framing over 2 levels of post-tensioned concrete. Level 1 includes a 4,454 SF amenity/leasing area. Apartment units include studio, 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom.
