Cooper Barn Distillery & Events Center

Kirtley-Cole Associates completed construction of Phase I of this multi-phased project, a historical renovation of a dairy barn on the Cooper Dairy Farm, which is designated as a King County Landmark. The barn will be used as a distillery. Future phases of the project will create a sustainable farm and wedding/event venue in addition to the distillery.
