Buchanan Automation

Kirtley-Cole Associates completed a tenant improvement for Buchanan Automation, the new owner of a 26,299 SF building KCA originally constructed for the Sunfire Corporation. The first floor received new paint, flooring, countertops and casework in the 5 existing offices, as well as the reception area. The warehouse area was refreshed after removal of the vinyl tile floor. Four new offices and a demonstration/training room were constructed on the second floor. Finally, subsurface drainage corrections were made to portions of the parking lot.
