Kirtley-Cole Associates is constructing the new MTorres Innovation Center, a 66,000-square-foot facility in Everett to offer advanced engineering services to aerospace and manufacturing companies.

Construction is underway on a 6-story building with 120 micro-efficiency units. The project is being developed by Koz Development for Everett Community College and is expected to be complete in September 2016.
Kirtley-Cole Associates will start construction on a 42,000-square-foot medical office building for Olympic Medical Center. The two-story building, owned by Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2, is expected to open in fall 2016.
