As a project moves from Design to Construction, our focus is on a smooth transition that ensures all information developed during the design phase is thoroughly and accurately communicated to the Project Management team. With a continuing emphasis on mitigating risk, we conduct turnover meetings that are focused, detail oriented, and thorough.
Our success in the Construction phase of a project is a result of our ability to effectively and attentively manage the flow of information so that all parties are informed and working towards the same goals. Regardless of the project type, our Project Management staff continuously focuses on the details and proactively drives the project to ensure all deadlines and budgets are met, and changes are minimized.
