Helmut Wegener Warehouse

Kirtley-Cole completed construction in August 2007 of a new 35,000 SF tilt-up warehouse and 4,000 SF steel frame office on a 87,000 SF lot in the Fryelands industrial area of Monroe. The office features a custom central skylit atrium with a large raised planter. The warehouse features a clear storage height of 22 feet.
