Accoutrements

Kirtley-Cole completed this design/build project to create 8,000 SF of additional warehouse space for Accoutrements. The project involved the tilt-up construction of 10’ x 50’ concrete panels and also included new landscaping, intercom system, fire alarm and sprinkler system, roofing and HVAC upgrades for both the existing and new building, and parking lot reconfiguration.
