Koz Development – Othello Station Square

Kirtley-Cole Associates is currently constructing a new 61,352 SF mixed-use building consisting of 131 market-rate apartment units (studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom) and 1,841 SF of ground level retail space. Amenity spaces in the 5-level wood-frame building include a roof deck, laundry rooms, bike room, and common area lobby.
