Rainier Avenue SEDU

Kirtley-Cole Associates constructed a new 10,113 SF building with 26 small efficiency dwelling units (SEDU) on Rainier Avenue South in Seattle. The building also houses a common area for gatherings. The 4-story structure is wood-framed with a mix of Hardie and metal siding, and vinyl windows. The project is sited on a lot of just 3,500 SF and is located near Seattle’s Jefferson Park and Genesee Park. It is located in the transit corridor and accessible from both Interstate 90 and Interstate 5.
