Coming Soon: Koz Alderwood Mall Blvd
We are looking forward to soon beginning construction with Koz Development on their newest project, located on Alderwood Mall Blvd. The Daily Journal of Commerce details the project here. The Puget Sound Business Journal reports on the project and its financing here. We’ll have the project posted on our website when construction begins. The project continues our long-standing partnership with Koz Development. We are currently constructing Derby Capitol Hill, and have also completed Derby South Lake Union, 1020 North Broadway, and EvCC Student Housing with Koz Development.
