Twin Lakes Landing: Lakefront Affordable Housing Development in Marysville
Kirtley-Cole will soon begin construction on Twin Lakes Landing, a lakefront affordable housing development near Smokey Point in Marysville. We will continue our long-standing partnership with Housing Hope, as we team to complete the project with 60 total units divided evenly among 4 buildings. “The apartments will be just the second multi-family housing project in the state to meet certification standards as a Passive House, a designation acknowledging optimal energy efficiency,” according to The Daily Herald.
