YMCA Monroe Family Branch

Kirtley-Cole Associates teamed with the Monroe/Sky Valley Family YMCA to construct their new facility, a 43,764 SF CMU building on a 5.1 acre site.

Built to serve 13,000 participants, it includes:

• Complete health and wellness center
• Gymnasium
• Indoor pool
• Racquetball courts

• Licensed before & after school child care and summer camp programs
